Florence is the best real estate agent for the Napa Valley and beyond! I began looking in 2020, and was surprisingly picky and had numerous life changes and starts and stops. Florence was always available to me, and ready to help me find the perfect place in a way I don't think any other realtor would. In 2022, I walked through a home, had a good feel for it, but almost felt like there would be no chance in this crazy market. I asked Florence if we could give it a shot, and she coached me through the entire process, along with her fabulously reliable recommended mortgage lender. As a single mom at the time purchasing the home myself, it was a gamble but she and my lender worked together to provide the best offer possible, and it was accepted! I am so grateful to own my own place in Napa just 1.5 miles from downtown. I feel very lucky, and would highly recommend using Florence and her team as your real estate team for buying or selling. I know that I will!
