Working with Florence was easily the most enjoyable part of the home buying experience for my family. I remember in our very first meeting she told us that if we were highly motivated, we would get a house. While we had doubts and were prepared to settle in for the long haul, she was absolutely right! Just over 5 weeks later we were moving into our first home.

My husband and I had spent years dreaming of our first home and unfortunately, the right time to buy for us came during the pandemic, in the middle of this extremely tough sellers market. However, having worked with her professionally for a few years, I knew that if anyone was up to the challenge, it was Florence! She reassured us every step of the way and despite her very busy schedule, Florence was constantly communicating with us throughout the process and happily answered all of the many questions we had as first time homebuyers.
